Cancellation policy

This policy applies to flower subscriptions and pre-orders purchased from Lotty's Flowers. It explains how to request a change, cancellation or refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Flower subscriptions

Our flower subscriptions are fixed-term plans paid in full at checkout. You select the subscription length and delivery frequency when placing your order. Your plan ends automatically after all scheduled deliveries have been completed and does not renew automatically.

To change, skip or reschedule a delivery, please call the shop on 01795 227564 at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Requests received with less than 24 hours' notice might not apply to the upcoming delivery because fresh flowers may already have been ordered or prepared.

To cancel a subscription before all scheduled deliveries have been completed, or to request a refund, please call us at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery. We will review the remaining deliveries and confirm whether a refund is due, taking into account deliveries already completed and flowers already ordered or prepared. Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout and are supplied or prepared for a future delivery or collection date.

To cancel a pre-order, please call the shop on 01795 227564 at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection. Cancellation requests received with less than 24 hours' notice might not be accepted or refunded where fresh flowers or materials have already been ordered, or preparation has begun. Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Fresh and personalised products

Fresh flowers are perishable, and many arrangements are made to order or personalised. We cannot accept change-of-mind cancellations after delivery or collection. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
